Job Description:

The position’s primary responsibilities are to provide strategic direction across Toledo Athletics, with particular oversight of all student-athlete benefits within the areas of responsibility/sport programs as assigned by the Director of Athletics and Senior Associate AD/CFO.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education/experience/licensing:
• Minimum bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or a discipline with a qualitative focus, including but not limited to: mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics, operations research, marketing or related discipline.
• Experience in data-driven consulting, analysis and/or project management.
• Experience in CRM, advanced analysis (modeling, segmentation, quantitative and qualitative research, etc.)
Preferred
• Advanced degree preferred, including MBA, law degree or similar degree.
• Experience in the sports and entertainment industry preferred, but not required.
• Experience in financial aid preferred, but not required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Superior relationship building and consultation skills; excellent ability to drive organizational adoption of philosophies, data-driven decision-making techniques and overall system implementation.
• Extensive experience with cross-departmental collaboration.
• Superior verbal, written, organization and multi-tasking skills.
