Villanova University, an NCAA Division I institution with 24 intercollegiate athletic teams, is seeking a purpose-driven, service-oriented, and proactive individual to collaboratively engage with an integrated cohort of professionals focused on enhancing student-athlete Health and Performance outcomes. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting all aspects of healthcare delivery to varsity student-athletes participating in Women’s Lacrosse/Women’s Rowing under the license of our Team Physician and supervision of the Senior Associate Athletics Director for Health and Performance, Assistant Director(s) of Sports Medicine, and Associate Athletic Trainer(s). Primary sport assignments are subject to change based on applicant pool.

This position falls within salaried grade 13 and the range is $58,800-$67,700. The final salary will be determined with consideration of several factors including the selected candidate’s qualifications, department budget availability, market data, and internal equity.
