Required Qualifications
The knowledge, skills, and abilities for this role include:
Division I baseball experience, professional baseball experience, or equivalent.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to cultivate and build relationships with donors and alumni.
•Ability to support the University's Mission and Values in all aspects of the role.
•Detail-oriented.
•Bachelor’s degree required or five years of coaching or professional playing experience.
•Two to five years of demonstrated collegiate or professional baseball coaching experience.
The candidate should possess knowledge of NCAA Division I rules and regulations and a commitment to adhere to all policies, rules, and regulations of the NCAA and ASUN Conference as required.
The candidate must possess the ability to
•Work effectively with student-athletes, alumni, program boosters, the public, and administrative staff.
•Recruit, coach, and teach athletes with a wide range of skill levels the fundamentals and theories of baseball.
