Job Description

 

The University of Missouri’s Baseball Program is seeking an Assistant Coach. 
Reporting to the Head Baseball Coach, the Assistant Coach will be responsible for assisting in all phases of a Division I Intercollegiate Baseball program including, but not limited to:

Promoting the philosophy and objectives of the University of Missouri Department of Intercollegiate Athletics, including adhering to all Departmental, University, SEC and NCAA rules and regulations.

Demonstrating the ability to relate to and motivate student-athletes and to work with a variety of university staff, alumni, and the outside community.

Assisting with the development in the overall student-athlete experience by mentoring student-athletes including evaluating their performance in practice and competition while providing leadership and instruction in areas of deficiencies as required, but including individual and small group film and training sessions.
