Summary of Job Duties: 1. Prepare section on offensive philosophy to be ready for Hide-Away Notebook.
Coordinate the Offense & Coach Quarterbacks.
Know the academic status of your position group.
Recruit assigned area.
Supervise Assistant Coaches, GA’s & SA’s on Offense.
Final Authority to assign and evaluate all offensive coaches and GA/SA’s including all on and off field duties.
Set offensive goals, charts, statistics, practice schedules, offensive staff meetings etc.
Supply Coach Hampton with “Install Packages” in Spring/Fall Camps.
Prepare offensive “game plan” with the offensive staff.
Organize practice schedule/meetings for Offense.
Assign weekly scouting reports, offensive press box and sideline responsibilities including offensive bench control.
Responsibility for offensive staff unity & morale.
Make sure the Coach Hampton get daily practice schedule.
Organize pracitice schedules (with Calloway and Manley).
Responsible for offensive depth chart in staff meeting & after each game. Also, once a week during spring ball.
Offensive Honor Roll ready after the game and Monday Press Conference.
Prepare daily practice schedule, preseason & in-season itinerary with Coach Hampton.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and minimum of 3 years college coaching experience.
