Job Description

Reporting to the Whitten Family Men’s Basketball Head Coach, The University of Missouri Athletics Department is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to fill the position of Assistant Basketball Coach for the Men's Basketball program.

Duties will include:

Promoting the philosophy and objectives of the University of Missouri Department of Intercollegiate Athletics, including adhering to all Departmental, University, SEC and NCAA rules and regulations.

Assisting with the development in the overall student-athlete experience by mentoring student-athletes including evaluating their performance in practice and competition while providing leadership and instruction in areas of deficiencies as required.

Assisting with implementing recruiting strategy, statistical analysis of prospective student-athlete data and assisting in off campus recruiting and evaluation of potential student-athletes.

Participating in the collection and analysis of tactical and statistical data of opponent tendencies and assisting in designing scouting reports and game strategies.
