Salary Range/Pay Rate

$65,713 annually.

Position Notes

Compensation commensurate with education and experience. | Minimum Qualifications |
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. - Minimum of three years NCAA collegiate coaching or playing experience, preferably at the Division I level. - Strong interpersonal, administrative and recruiting skills. - Experience with NCAA Division I rules and regulations. - Ability to be involved in all facets of the women’s basketball program, including but not limited to coaching, recruiting, administration, compliance, and student-athlete development. - Excellent organizational and communication skills. - Perform all job duties in a manner consistent with NCAA, League and University rules, regulations, ordinances, policies, procedures and guidelines. - A valid driver’s license and driving record acceptable to the University by the University’s insurance carrier.

- Master’s preferred with 3-4 years of NCAA Division I coaching experience and/or collegiate or professional playing experience. - Demonstrated successful recruiting experience preferred.
