Description: The Part-Time Assistant Flag Football Coach supports the development, training, and daily operations of the King University Women’s Flag Football program. This position plays a meaningful role in establishing a competitive, disciplined, and Christ-centered team environment that reflects the mission and values of King University. The assistant coach will help cultivate an atmosphere where student-athletes grow athletically, academically, and spiritually. Responsibilities include assisting with practices, film study, player development, program organization, recruiting, and game-day preparation while modeling character, integrity, and servant leadership

Preferred Qualifications: Strong understanding of flag football, football concepts, or athlete development. Prior playing or coaching experience preferred but not required. Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively within a team setting. Strong leadership qualities and a commitment to student-athlete growth. Dependability, punctuality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and compliance standards.

Responsibilities: Assist with planning, organizing, and conducting team practices. Support the head coach with skill development sessions and position-specific instruction. Help manage practice equipment, field setup, and breakdown. Participate in film review, scouting preparation, and opponent analysis. Assist with monitoring academic progress and accountability of student-athletes. Uphold team culture standards and reinforce program expectations. Contribute to game-day operations including warmups, player management, and sideline support. Maintain compliance with all NCAA, conference, and institutional regulations. Always Represent King University with professionalism and integrity.

Language: Proficiency in written and spoken English required

Hours: Expected Schedule of Employment: Monday through Saturday; varies based on practice and competition schedules. Number of Hours per Week: 24-28
