The University of Iowa Department of Athletics seeks applications for an Assistant Director of Compliance – Student-Athlete Support. Responsibilities: The Assistant Director of Compliance is a financial aid focused role that is responsible for supporting both the Assistant Athletics Director of Compliance and the Associate Director of Athletics for Compliance in designing and implementing a comprehensive compliance framework. This system ensures the University maintains institutional control over its Athletics program and all associated activities, including adherence to NCAA, conference, and institutional regulations. Additionally, the Assistant Director will oversee compliance matters related to student-athlete financial aid, ensuring awards are processed in accordance with applicable guidelines and reported accurately. This role plays a critical part in safeguarding the integrity of the Athletics program and upholding the institution’s commitment to equitable and transparent financial aid practices.
