• Demonstrated passion for video production, exhibit stylistic breadth and attention to detail, experience executing ideas across diverse mediums, understanding of filming athletic events.
• Proven ability to deliver creative solutions within a branded system.
• Strong abilities in all aspects of the creative process from concept, execution, to completion.
• Capable of shifting between working independently and within a team structure.

Filming and Editing Recruiting Videos:
Work with the director of recruiting, recruiting staff, and coaching staff on creating short videos for twitter/instagram, in-house recruiting videos, and highlight videos directed towards recruits. These videos should highlight and clearly communicate selling points and current events of the Georgia Football Program. Work with staff to ensure all videos properly align with the program’s values and messages. | | Percentage of time | 70 |

Marketing Strategy and Collaboration: Develop and implement social media strategies across all platforms. Work closely with the Director of Recruiting to concept, create and execute football’s message, which includes but is not limited to collectively creating a UGA Football Style and creating and maintaining a creative asset database. Work closely with the recruiting team to stay up to date on Department-wide values, missions, campaigns, and overall strategy – looking to implement them as necessary. | | Percentage of time | 10 |
