Penn State Intercollegiate Athletics, a Division 1 and Big Ten Conference Institution, is seeking an Assistant Director of Player Advancement and Revenue Sharing Strategy.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assist with all aspects of fundraising initiatives.
• Serve as liaison to Penn State Athletics ROAR Solutions initiatives.
• Assist with all aspects of agent relations for player revenue sharing and NIL.
• Assist with all aspects of contract negotiations and administration.
• Assist with NIL deliverables and activations while maintaining key donor and stakeholder relationships.

Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

This position requires the following clearances: PA State Police Criminal Background Check, PA Child Abuse History Clearance Form, and Federal (FBI) Fingerprint Criminal Background Check. This position also requires that you operate a motor vehicle as a part of your job duties. A valid driver's license and successful completion of a motor vehicle records check will be required in addition to standard background checks.

$56,200.00 - $81,500.00
