The Naval Academy Athletic Association (NAAA), founded in 1891, is a nonprofit organization whose objective is to "promote, influence, and assist in financing the varsity athletic programs of the midshipmen of the United States Naval Academy" in accordance with the policy of the Superintendent of the Academy. The Assistant Director of Ticket Operations supports the planning, administration, and execution of all ticketing operations for the Naval Academy Athletic Association (NAAA). This role is responsible for ticket sales, event operations, premium seating fulfillment, and financial reporting for athletic and non-athletic events. The position works closely with the Athletic Department to ensure accurate ticket fulfillment, contractual compliance, and data-driven financial analysis.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Assist in the daily operations of the ticket office, including online, phone, and walk-up sales.
Build events, manage ticket inventory, pricing, and access controls within the ticketing system for all non NAAA events.
Process season ticket renewals, single-game sales, group tickets, and special ticket promotions.
Deliver high-level customer service by resolving ticketing issues and account inquiries.
Assist in the preparation of football ticket applications, parking passes, and other miscellaneous items.

The position works closely with the Athletic Department to ensure accurate ticket fulfillment, contractual compliance, and data-driven financial analysis.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Assist in the daily operations of the ticket office, including online, phone, and walk-up sales.
Build events, manage ticket inventory, pricing, and access controls within the ticketing system for all non NAAA events.
Process season ticket renewals, single-game sales, group tickets, and special ticket promotions.
Deliver high-level customer service by resolving ticketing issues and account inquiries.
Assist in the preparation of football ticket applications, parking passes, and other miscellaneous items.
Assist the Ticket Sales Department in addressing football ticket needs and planning promotional items.
Execute the necessary programs to ensure that the Navy Ticket Office maintains the highest level of customer service at every level of ticket operations.
Meet with all non football student-athletes regarding NCAA rules and ticket issuance procedures; and
Set up, maintain, and update ARMS
Execute all procedures related to issuance of tickets for official and unofficial recruits for non football games.
Responsible for preparation of football game day, as well as football post-game wrap-up.
Develop and maintain positive channels of communication with necessary areas of the Naval Academy.
Monitor and respond to all emails coming to tickets@usna.edu
Assist Sr. Assistant Ticket Director with the coordination of ticket operations for assigned athletic and all non NAAA events.
Oversee box office operations, will-call distribution, credentialed access, and entry management.
Supervise and monitor work performance of seasonal ticket office staff and interns to ensure accuracy and compliance to established policies and procedures
Responsible for pre-season football staff orientation.
Manage ticket fulfillment for all suite and premium seating accounts, including season-long and single-event distribution.
Coordinate delivery of suite tickets via digital methods.
Serve as the primary contact for suite holders regarding ticket access and fulfillment needs.
Track, reconcile, and report suite ticket usage and inventory to ensure accuracy and accountability.
Collaborate with the Ticket Sales Department to fulfill ticket assets tied to reunions, group sales, game promotions, and ticket discounts.
Execute ticket distribution for sponsored events, group programs, hospitality packages, and premium seating.
Execute the creation of all promotional tickets in the ticketing system.
Ensure ticket fulfillment aligns with contractual obligations and timelines.
Provide attendance, redemption, and usage reporting to support group ticket sales evaluation and renewals.
Maintain the timeline for all on-sale dates, ticket allocations, and ticket issuance.
At the direction of the Associate AD for Ticket Sales create and send emails soliciting purchases for ticket sales.
Create and distribute all information to customers concerning game day events and timelines.
Update navysports.com website regarding all ticket related information.
Ensure ticket operations comply with NCAA, conference, and institutional policies.
Maintain accurate records of ticket sales, attendance, and inventory.
Support audits and internal reviews related to ticketing and event revenue.
Perform related duties as requested

Must be eligible to work in the United States of America, without sponsorship.
Must be eligible to work on a military installation, including a willingness to submit to a background screen.
Must possess a valid driver’s license.
