Assistant Director of Ticketing

Minimum Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent education/experience and One year of Paciolan experience or similar ticket software experience.
• Experience working in a team environment, high volume, high stress business setting.
• Excellent customer service skills essential.
• Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications necessary.
• Ability to multitask, solve problems effectively when meeting customer needs and handle high volume phone activity.
