This role assists with skill instruction, video and data review, performance programming, and overall player support to help maximize each student‑athlete’s potential while upholding team and university standards.

Assist coaches in creating and implementing individualized development plans for student‑athletes, focusing on technical, tactical, and mental skills.
Support position‑specific and team drills during practices, emphasizing fundamentals, competitive standards, and game situational awareness.
Coordinate small‑group or individual skill sessions as directed by the coaching staff.
