The Assistant Director, Women's Basketball Operations is responsible for assisting the Head Coach, Director of Basketball Operations, Recruiting Coordinator and Video Coordinator with all aspects of the Women’s Basketball program.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide support for head women’s basketball coach and her assistant coaches for recruiting, practice or competitive needs.
- Assist women’s basketball video coordinator with filming of games and practices, breaking down film and providing information for coaches to prepare for practice and competition.
- Completes special assignments which require collecting, organizing and analyzing data and producing reports which may be the basis of significant decisions for Head Women’s Basketball Coach.
- Assist Director of Basketball Operations with day to day needs of the women’s basketball program and all logistics associated with practice, travel, contests and other activities.
- Travel to all away contests and attend all practice activities.
- Responsible for maintaining compliance with NCAA, Atlantic Coast Conference, institutional and departmental policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned by Head Women’s Basketball Coach and Director of Basketball Operations.

REQUIREMENTS :
Bachelor’s Degree in an appropriate area of specialization is required; and two years of working in college athletics, specifically women’s basketball preferred.
