Assistant Football Coach-Offensive Coordinator

Southeastern Louisiana University's Department of Athletics invites applications for the position of Offensive Coordinator. The successful candidate will assist the Head Coach with all phases of a Division 1 intercollegiate football program, specifically all aspects of coordinating offense, and in addition instruction and training of student-athletes in on-field operations, physical and mental player development, motivation, mentorship, instilling disciplines and development technical skills through quality practice and excellent communication.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university. A minimum of one year of coaching experience at the high school level or above.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree from an accredited university.
Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations in Division 1 Athletics

DESIRED KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES AND SKILLS
Strong Attention to Detail
Highly organized and multi-task oriented
Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a fast paced team
Strong leadership skills
