Position Summary

Stanford Athletics is currently accepting applications for the position of Assistant General Manager, Men’s Basketball. Reporting to James C. Gaither, Associate Head Men’s Basketball Coach, this position supports the overall operations and strategic initiatives of the Stanford Men’s Basketball program.

The Assistant General Manager plays a key role in program management, contributing to areas such as analytics, scouting coordination, recruiting operations, and player development. The role requires a proactive, organized professional who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment while upholding Stanford Athletics’ commitment to excellence on and off the court. This is a one-year fixed-term position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analytics & Performance Tracking:

    • Collect, maintain, and analyze team and individual performance data.
    • Develop and manage statistical databases to support coaching and player development decisions.
