Position Title: Assistant Men’s Basketball Coach

Appointment: Full-Time: 40 hours per week/12 months

The Department of Athletics invites applications for the position of Assistant Men’s Basketball Coach.
This twelve-month, full-time position is responsible for assisting with all phases of a Division I men’s basketball program while upholding the values and mission of Bradley Athletics which is to provide every student-athlete the opportunity for a distinctive education and a championship experience. Responsibilities of the position include recruiting, scouting of opponents, film analysis, assisting with game and practice preparation, player development, on the court coaching, summer camps and other duties as assigned by the Head Men’s Basketball Coach.
A Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s degree is preferred. Past playing experience and/or coaching experience at the collegiate level preferred. Candidate must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; proficiency with computer applications; a commitment to excellence and sensitivity to cultural differences and knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations. CPR certification is required within 30 days of hire.
