What You’ll Do
What We’re Looking For - Some college required; bachelor’s degree preferred, with collegiate playing experience strongly valued - Demonstrated knowledge of soccer fundamentals, strategy, and NCAA Division II rules, with ability to obtain required recruiting certification - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with student-athletes and colleagues - Experience or ability in recruiting and developing student-athletes academically and athletically - Organizational skills and ability to contribute to administrative and operational functions - Valid driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record and ability to travel, including evenings and weekends - First Aid and CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
