Carry out all areas of strength and conditioning for assigned teams while adhering to NCAA, Big Ten Conference, University and departmental rules, regulations, policies and procedures. In addition, the Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach will support the Director of Strength and Conditioning in the daily operation of the facilities and other duties as assigned. Finally, the Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach will also carry out additional administrative duties as assigned by the Director of Strength and Conditioning and Head Coach.

Equitably travel with assigned teams as needed and/or directed. This travel should in no way interfere with your responsibilities with your other team(s) and/or the S&C Department. If travel is warranted, you will first consult with and receive permission from the Director of Strength and Conditioning, as well as ensure that all other responsibilities are accounted for beforehand.
