Salary Range/Pay Rate

$81,316 - $91,488 annually.

| Minimum Qualifications |
- Bachelors’ degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. - Minimum of six (6) years’ experience in Division I Intercollegiate Athletics or major professional sports in coaching or communications/marketing - Demonstrated experience as a leader to provide direction to student athletes and/or staff members. - Strong attention to detail, time management, organizational, verbal, writing, interpersonal skills. - Ability to plan, establish priorities, and organize varied and complex tasks. - Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays depending on work and game schedules. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, work as part of a team and motivate staff in a fast – paced environment. - Demonstrated support for diversity, equity, and inclusion. - Excellent written and oral communication skills. - Excellent organizational and analytical skills. - Ability to communicate effectively with others. - Valid driver’s license and a driving record acceptable to the university by the university’s insurance carrier.
