Gator Boosters, Inc. at the University of Florida is searching for an Associate Director to serve as the front desk representative for Gator Boosters, and to be responsible for welcoming Booster members and visitors, as well as answering inquiries or referring them to the appropriate team member. This position also serves as the contact for Bull Gator membership, assisting with benefits related to membership including season, away game, single game ticket orders, and ticket payment plans. Works in collaboration with the Ticket Office and the Business & Finance department in relation to major gift fundraising goals and prospects. Has game day operations responsibilities.

Extensive knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Detail-oriented, self-motivated individual with strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Ability to cultivate positive relationships with donors
Ability to engage effectively with others of diverse cultures or backgrounds and with high energy, intense personalities
Ability to work a non-standard work week which may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight travel
Experience with the Ticketmaster ticketing system, particularly Archtics
*An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of education/experience requirements
