This position will serve as the Director of Baseball Operations. They will handle planning for all travel, communication with visiting teams, communication with umpires, practice logistics, visitors guide, facility upkeep, and various other tasks designated by the Head Coach. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Visiting Team Communication
• Umpire Communication
• Facility Upkeep
• Oversee Team Managers
• Plan all travel
• Responsible for the promotion of the philosophy and objectives of the intercollegiate athletics program, including, but not limited to, adhering to all departmental policies and procedures as well as the rules and regulations of Gardner-Webb University, the Big South, and the NCAA.
• Perform other duties assigned by Head Coach and/or Director of Athletics.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree required

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Two years of related experience playing and/or coaching at the collegiate level is required.
• Successful admission to Gardner-Webb University Masters Program
