This position will serve as the Director of Player Development and will assist the staff with all needs with technology and data. They will help and assist with all fundraising events, and all other duties assigned by the Head Coach. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

• All Technology - Yakkertech + Baseball Cloud
• All Video - AWRE
• Assist whole staff in every area inside technology and data
• Assist in all travel
• Assist in Team Manager Duties
• Responsible for the promotion of the philosophy and objectives of the intercollegiate athletics program, including, but not limited to, adhering to all departmental policies and procedures as well as the rules and regulations of Gardner-Webb University, the Big South, and the NCAA.
• Perform other duties assigned by Head Coach and/or Director of Athletics.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree required

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Two years of related experience playing and/or coaching at the collegiate level is required.
• Successful admission to Gardner-Webb University Masters Program
