Position Description
The Associate Director of Sports Medicine provides high integrity and ethical standards to provide quality, effective, and comprehensive health care to as a critical component of providing holistic care to Seattle University student athletes. This position reports directly to the Associate Athletics Director of Health and Performance and will assist in the oversight of the rest of the Sports Medicine Department.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Direct Professional Care - 50%
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Athletic Training or related field and a minimum of five years post graduate experience in the college/university/professional level or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.

Compensation at a Glance
Salary Range: $80,000 - $81,000
Seattle University has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what the University may pay for the position at the time of posting. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal salary equity considerations, and available market information, and not based on a candidate’s gender or any other protected status.
