• Operate and maintain videoboards at Herb Parker Stadium and the MSU Dome.
• Coordinate with external production companies, TV networks, and internal departments (marketing, sports communication) to ensure seamless production and broadcasting of athletic events.
• Film and produce content for media distribution, including press conferences and post-game interviews.

• Film and produce content for media distribution, including press conferences and post-game interviews.
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise game day production staff.
• Maintain an organized archival system for all video content.
• Manage inventory, purchase, and maintain video production equipment.
• Assist with the creation of content for special events including the MSU Hall of Fame and departmental celebrations.
• Contribute to the game-day experience through coordination of video board and broadcasting elements.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and 3+ years of relevant experience in sports video production or television.
• Demonstrated experience directing live game productions.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).
• Strong working knowledge of control room and video board equipment and operations.
• Experience setting up and troubleshooting lighting, cameras, and audio in varying environments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and travel as necessary.
• Budget management experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Daktronics video board systems (building scripts, creating display content).
• Understanding of audio/video routing, patching (hard cable and fiberoptic) for external broadcast units.
• Familiarity with replay systems and control room workflows.
• Experience integrating in-house broadcast with network television production feeds.
