| Position Summary |
Provide assistance to the barn manager and facility manager with the general upkeep of the equestrian facility and grounds. Serve as the facility and event operations coordinator for the UGA Equestrian program.

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication, logistical, and organizational skills.
- Ensure compliance with NCAA, SEC and institutional rules and regulations pertaining to the sport of Equestrian.

- Facilities and grounds maintenance to include, but not limited to, assisting with the upkeep and installation of fencing around equestrian facility, mowing grass, landscaping, weed control, fertilizing, and maintaining jumps.
- Assist the Equestrian Facilities Manager and Facilities Foreman with feeding of horses, hay production, cleaning of stalls, and the general upkeep of the equestrian facility.

- Serve as the event manager for equestrian events.
- Responsible for scheduling deliveries and set up, the set up and breakdown of equine and athletic equipment for competition, preparing the arena.
- Responsible for coordinating the clean-up prior to and after athletic events.
