Position Title: Coordinator of Player Development/Scouting

Department: Intercollegiate Athletics

Reports To: Head Men’s Basketball Coach

Appointment: Full-time, 40 hours per week (12-month position)

Status: Exempt

The Department of Athletics is seeking a highly motivated, organized and dedicated professional for the position of Men’s Basketball Coordinator of Player Development/Scouting. The successful candidate will report directly to the Head Men’s Basketball Coach.

Responsibilities of this full-time, twelve-month exempt position will include developing and running workouts for student-athletes, assist with scouting, video coordination, technology assistance, and perform other athletic-related duties as assigned. 

Bachelor’s degree required; understanding and knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations, familiarity with the Missouri Valley Conference and willingness to promote and uphold the mission of Bradley Athletics required.
