Position Summary

· Create content for various Duke Football social channels.
· Attend and capture content at practices, games, and other events.
· Assist with photo/video shoots on recruiting visits.
· Keep equipment in good working order.
· Support day to day operations in logging and archiving of footage.
· May be required to drive a university vehicle and/or student-athletes.
· Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree required
o Preferred degree in journalism, public relations, communications, English or a related field.
· One year of relevant experience at the collegiate or professional level suggested.
Required knowledge, skills, and abilities:
· Extensive knowledge of social media platforms with experience in content creation
· Strong writing and interpersonal skills.
· Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, primarily Premiere Pro and After Effects.
· Knowledge of DSLR and Mirrorless Camera Systems.
· Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and capacity to thrive in high pressure situations.
· Work requires communication, marketing, strategic planning, analytical and organizational skills.

Duke University provides an annual base salary range for this position as USD $ 43,888.00 to USD $70,300.00.
