Job Description Summary

To enhance the area of the baseball program essential to player development on and off the field. areas targeted include but are not limited to academics, community service, on-campus camps and clinics, position specific growth plan, practice and training organization, analytic tracking, opponent scouting, advance scouting, video coordination with Major League Baseball.

• Player development
• Facility organization, enhancement and technology
• Recruiting and alumni relations
• Student-athlete transition and services

Qualifications, Credentials, and Competencies

• Four-year college degree,
• Experience coaching and developing players at the Division I level,
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to communicate and function effectively within a team setting
