Job Description
Under the direction of the Associate Athletic Director for Sports Performance, the Director of Basketball Performance will be responsible for leading the production and delivery of evidence-based athletic development and injury prevention programs for the Radford University Men’s and Women’s Basketball team and other assigned sports as needed.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field
• CSCS OR CSCCA Certification
• CPR/First Aid Certification
• 2+ years collegiate experience working in a strength and conditioning program.
• Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations related to strength and conditioning.
• Strong understanding of basketball-specific training principles and injury prevention.

• Master’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field.
