Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications - For full consideration, applicants are encouraged to upload license and/or certification if required of the position

• Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training.
• Knowledge of intercollegiate sport structure, including NCAA, conference and institutional rules, as they apply to UC Davis
• Demonstrated skills to analyze, interpret, and review NCAA rules and regulations.
• Professional knowledge of the philosophy and objectives of NCAA athletics programs at the Division I level.
• Skills to multi-task and work in a very busy/stressful environment with frequent interruptions.
• Computer skills to develop and maintain efficient modes of communication, compliance, budget and database management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of budgetary, fiscal, fund accounting and bookkeeping principles and practices, to manage the budgets and prepare required reports and projections (experience preferred). 
• Organizational and management skills to develop and oversee all administrative requirements in relation to the men's basketball program.

Work Environment
