Assistant Coach

Job Summary:

The Director of Player Development for Wisconsin Badgers Men's Basketball is responsible for enhancing the basketball skill development and both on and off-court growth of student-athletes within the program. This position will assist in the planning and execution of individual workouts, player improvement plans, film study, scouting preparation, and skill instruction while supporting the coaching staff in all aspects of player development. The role will help foster a competitive, disciplined, and growth-oriented culture aligned with the standards and values of Wisconsin Men’s Basketball.
