The University of Iowa Department of Athletics seeks applications for a Director of Player Development – Men’s Basketball. This is a full-time (at-will and FLSA-exempt) position which includes full University benefits. The University of Iowa is an NCAA Division I institution and a member of the Big Ten Conference. Responsibilities: The Director of Player Development is responsible for providing administrative assistance to the Head Coach in all aspects of the recruiting process, including creating effective communication methods through social, print and video media as well as assisting all men’s basketball players (with an emphasis on first- and second-year students, in making a smooth transition into college life socially, academically and athletically.
