Works directly with the head coach, assistant coaches, Chief of Staff and Director of Operations in the operation of Division I men’s basketball program. Prepares for games, practices, alumni and donor functions, and any other special projects assigned.
Breaks down and analyzes opponents as well as assists with self-analysis for head & assistant coaches. Prepares the video analysis of the upcoming opponent as well as coding and preparing the video clips for the Gopher’s games & practice sessions.
Participates in advancing the department's vision, and strategic plan including our actions; Be accurate, Be Accountable, Be Empathetic, Be Inclusive and Be Innovative.
Oversee student manager program.
Keenly aware of Campus & Business Office policy/procedures and coaching staff adherence to policy/procedures and reconciliation of travel expenses of coaching staff members.
Assists with in-person campus Recruiting visits-schedule & execution of the visit as well as assisting in other recruiting tasks as assigned/allowed by NCAA rules.

Pay Range: $44,500 - $45,500; depending on education/qualifications/experience
Time Appointment: 75%-100% Appointment
