Football Performance Nutrition Student Manager

The University of California, Los Angeles is accepting applications for the
position of UCLA Football Performance Nutrition Student Manager. Duties
include assisting the Football Performance Nutrition Coordinator in overseeing
and working in the Wasserman Football Center. This includes food and
smoothie preparation, inventory management, receiving of orders,
assistance with gameday logistics and travel snacks, and other duties as
assigned by the Football Performance Nutrition Coordinator.

Worker(s) will gain valuable entry-level experience in sports nutrition, receive
mentorship by the Football Performance Nutrition Coordinator, gain
understanding of NCAA/Collegiate Football environment, receive
nutrition/food service education, as well as receive meals, snacks and some
apparel while working.

assigned by the Football Performance Nutrition Coordinator.

Minimum requirements include an ability to simultaneously manage a high level
of detail across multiple projects, demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to
changes while maintaining high levels of productivity and effectiveness under
pressure, be coachable and possess a servant leadership mindset. Individuals
must have reliable transportation and be ServSafe Food Handler certified or
become certified upon selection. Applicants will be required to complete a
background check after selection. Upon selection, UCLA Athletics will issue
and require completion of Child Abuse & Neglect Reporting Act (CANRA)
Mandatory Reporter training.
