CORE JOB SUMMARY
Football Player Personnel Coordinator assists in on-campus recruiting efforts in the cultivation of prospective student athletes. The incumbent assists the football recruiting team with various functions and responsibilities. This position is supported by the Recruiting leadership and Football Operations.
CORE JOB FUNCTIONS
1. Aids in the identification, evaluation and organization of prospective student-athlete film and information assigned by the Recruiting team or Director of Player Personnel
2. Edits and prepares prospective student-athlete film for staff use. Execute special film projects as designated by Recruiting team, Director of Player Personnel or individual coaches.
3. Assists with maintaining the organization and accuracy of the ARMS recruiting database including biographical information, evaluations, communications and any other pertinent data.
4. Assists with maintaining the organization and accuracy of all recruiting boards.
5. Execute miscellaneous recruiting studies and projects as assigned by the Recruiting team or Director of Player Personnel
6. Provides all-purpose logistical support during official and unofficial visits on campus, including campus tours, registration, airport transportation, hotel preparation for official visits, etc.
7. Aids in the preparation and execution of game day recruiting functions at the stadium, including logistical setup & breakdown, prospect escort, and facilitation of seating arrangements.
8. Adheres to University and unit-level policies and procedures and safeguards University assets.

CORE QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience required
