Job Description

About the University of Denver & Division of Athletics

Where the Great Plains meet the Rocky Mountains, the University of Denver carries forward the spirit of exploration that defines our region. A private institution grounded in research and collaboration, DU pairs nationally recognized academic programs with a forward-looking vision for 21st-century education and a deep commitment to inclusion, giving students the experience, knowledge, and courage to tackle real-world challenges and lead diverse communities and organizations. That same ambition drives our Division of Athletics, where we build Pioneers for Life through excellence, character, and connection. We compete with a championship mindset and work with optimism, passion, grit, and integrity, forging lasting relationships one interaction at a time and creating connection points across a broad community. With 35 national championships and 18 Division I teams, DU's athletic tradition complements its academic mission — and we're always looking ahead, not just to the next title, but to what's next for you and the career you'll build here.

Position Summary

The Fulfillment Manager is responsible for the activation, execution, and relationship management of every corporate partnership at University of Denver Athletics. This role ensures that each contracted asset — digital, social, in-venue, experiential, hospitality, community engagement, and broadcast — is delivered with precision and creativity, and that partners consistently see the value of their investment in the Pioneers.

Serving as the primary day-to-day contact for an assigned portfolio of partners, the Fulfillment Manager drives measurable ROI, builds long-term relationships, and positions every account for renewal through proactive communication, disciplined execution, and close coordination with the Partnership Sales team and colleagues across DU Athletics and the greater University.

Essential Functions

  • Manage end-to-end activation of all partnership agreements, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant fulfillment of every contracted asset in accordance with NCAA, Conference, and University policies.
  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned partners, providing proactive communication, strategic guidance, and exceptional service at partner meetings, community events, and game-day hospitality.
  • Develop and execute creative activation plans that align partner objectives with the DU Pioneers brand, fan base, and community impact.
  • Coordinate game-day and event-day activation — including signage, promotions, hospitality, and experiential elements — collaborating with Marketing, Digital, Ticketing, Development, and University stakeholders to ensure seamless execution across all channels.
  • Produce detailed recap reporting, including data, KPIs, proof of performance, and ROI analysis, and maintain accurate tracking of all partner deliverables in CRM and project management systems.
