THIS REQUISITION/POSITION IS FOR A GENERAL MANAGER, MEN'S BASKETBALL RECRUITING & PERSONNEL.

Position Summary

Under the general supervision of the Men’s Basketball Head Coach and Athletics Department leadership, the General Manager of Men’s Basketball serves as the senior strategic leader responsible for roster construction, financial planning, NIL and revenue-share strategy, and external partnerships. This position oversees two full-time staff members (Director of Player Development and Recruiting and Director of Scouting and Strategy) and functions as the primary bridge between basketball operations, compliance, marketing, and third-party NIL partners.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years of recruiting experience as a college coach, scout, or recruiting coordinator. (Required)
    • Ability to exercise sound judgment and to handle sensitive and confidential information/material with discretion. (Required)
