Graduate Assistant in the office of Athletic Communications

Description: King University is accepting applications for the position of Graduate Assistant in the office of Athletic Communications. The successful candidate will be assist Director of Athletic Communications in all aspects of the Athletics Communications office in support of King’s 28 intercollegiate sports.

Minimum Qualifications: Candidates should possess knowledge and interest in Athletic Communications, statistics, and a general understand of athletics. A bachelor’s degree, as well as admission to an approved graduate program at King University, is required.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience participating in a sport at the collegiate level. Understanding of statistics, scorekeeping, and writing about sports.

Responsibilities: Work home athletic events, including frequent nights and weekends. Travel as needed and as schedules allow. Provide support in all areas of Athletic Communications, including managing the website, communication with the conference office, and statistical support for all sports.

Language: Multilingual/Bilingual Candidates Preferred
