The Men's Swimming Program at Wheeling University is seeking a dynamic and committed Graduate Assistant to contribute to the coaching, management, and administrative tasks of our competitive swimming team. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the head coach in developing training plans, conducting practice sessions, and coaching athletes during competitions.
• Help in recruiting efforts, including communicating with prospective student-athletes, organizing recruiting materials, and coordinating visits.
• Manage administrative duties related to the team's operations, such as scheduling, travel arrangements, and equipment inventory.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and admission to a graduate program at Wheeling University.
• Previous experience in competitive swimming as an athlete or coach is highly preferred.
