The Graphics Coordinator is a key member of the Athletics Marketing team and is responsible for the execution and delivery of high‑quality, on‑brand visual creative in support of Athletics marketing and ticket sales initiatives. This role focuses on producing compelling digital and print design assets that elevate the Villanova Athletics brand and support fan engagement and ticket sales goals.
Working within established University and Athletics brand standards, the Graphics Coordinator translates campaign objectives into effective visual designs across multiple channels. The role collaborates closely with Athletics Marketing and Ticket Sales partners and balances multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment. While the Athletics brand is large and highly visible, this position is execution‑focused and operates within a defined creative and campaign framework.
All duties must be performed in accordance with University, Conference and NCAA rules and regulations.
**The anticipated start date for this position will be June 1

· Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, digital media, or a closely related field.
Work Experience
· Approximately 2 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a marketing, communications, athletics, or creative environment.
· Experience producing digital and print design assets in support of marketing or promotional campaigns.
· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
Work Skills (e.g., written and verbal communication skills)
· Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to balance competing priorities.
· Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality work.
· Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing and communications partners.
· Ability to receive creative direction and incorporate feedback.
· Dependable, proactive, and able to work independently within established guidelines.
Specific Job Knowledge (e.g., knowledge of principles and procedures related to field and area)
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
· Working knowledge of layout design, typography, and digital design best practices.
· Familiarity with applying brand guidelines consistently across creative assets.
· Proficiency with standard business software applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Work Experience
· Experience supporting marketing or ticketed event campaigns , preferably in athletics, higher education, live events, or a consumer‑facing environment.
· Experience working in a fast‑paced, high‑visibility brand environment with frequent deadlines.
· Exposure to collaborating with marketing, communications, or sales teams.
Work Skills (e.g., written and verbal communication skills)
· Strong visual storytelling skills with the ability to translate campaign goals into engaging creative assets.
· Ability to adapt creative quickly based on feedback, priorities, or campaign needs.
· Comfort balancing multiple creative requests while maintaining quality and consistency.
Specific Job Knowledge (e.g., knowledge of principles and procedures related to field and area)
· Familiarity with motion graphics or video tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere, or similar).
· Working knowledge of digital advertising and social media creative best practices.
· Awareness of current design trends relevant to digital and social platforms.

This position falls within salaried grade 13 and the range is $51,000-63,800. The final salary will be determined with consideration of several factors including the selected candidate’s qualifications, department budget availability, market data, and internal equity.
