Job Description Summary

The Head Baseball Coach will oversee all baseball operations within the athletic department, including but not limited to planning and directing the recruitment, conditioning, training, and performance of all baseball student-athletes, along with fiscal program management for the UMES Division I Baseball Program. The Head Coach is responsible for leading and supervising a staff of Assistant Coaches who may have specific responsibilities related to pitching, hitting, fielding, player development, and recruiting. The following list provides additional examples of the most typical duties.

Salary: $80,000 - $95,000
