Job Description

EMPLOYMENT TERMS: Full-time position.

PRIMARY DUTY: The Head Baseball Coach will be responsible for providing complete leadership to the baseball program.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  1. Manage and direct all aspects of the baseball program including on the field coaching
  2. Is responsible for the recruitment of all team members
  3. Administer all aspects of the baseball program including scholarship allocation, budget management, team transportation, conditioning, equipment care, and academic monitoring
  4. Supervise and direct Assistant Coach(es) and Graduate Assistant
  5. Assist the Director of Athletics with preparation of budget and scheduling
  6. Engage in fundraising activities as assigned
  7. Performs other duties as assigned
