Position Summary:
The Head Coach is responsible for all phases of a highly competitive NCAA Division II Men’s Basketball program including, but not limited to, practice and game preparation, recruiting, hiring, and supervision of assistant coaches, budget management, alumni and public relations, fundraising, off-season conditioning, and adherence to the rules and regulations of the NCAA, the conference, and Fresno Pacific University. The Head Coach must be committed to the academic, personal, athletic, and spiritual development of student-athletes and demonstrate the ability to recruit and mentor student-athletes who embrace the mission and values of Fresno Pacific University.

$70,304.00 to $80,000.00 is the annual salary for this role and reflects what Fresno Pacific University reasonably expects to pay for this position. Actual compensation may vary based on qualifications, experience, and internal equity. In addition to compensation, FPU offers a competitive benefits package.
