The Head Women’s Volleyball Coach is responsible for developing, organizing, and leading all aspects of the Women’s Volleyball program. This includes recruiting student-athletes, implementing training programs, and fostering an environment of academic and athletic excellence. The coach will play a vital role in building a competitive and successful program while ensuring student-athlete development aligns with the university’s mission. This position requires the head coach to maintain a minimum of 17 indoor volleyball only student-athletes on the varsity roster and to maintain a JV/reserve team roster with a minimum of 8 new recruited student-athletes. Additionally, the position will oversee a graduate assistant coach.

Foster an inclusive and welcoming environment for student-athletes, staff, and the university community
Perform other related duties as assigned
