The Head Women’s Basketball Coach is responsible for leading all aspects of the Division II Women’s Basketball program at Saint Leo University. This includes student-athlete recruitment, player development, game preparation, academic coordination, and program administration. The head coach is required to maintain a roster of at least 17 female student-athletes for basketball only while fostering a competitive and supportive team environment that aligns with the university’s mission and values.

Engage in promotional and public relations efforts to advance the athletic program, including:
Promote the University’s core values and build effective partnerships within the campus community
Ensure optimum service to internal and external partners through clear communication and engagement
Create an inclusive and welcoming environment for student-athletes, staff, and the university community
Perform other related duties as assigned
