Position Summary

The Men’s Basketball Graduate Assistant is responsible for duties including, but not limited to, assisting with travel plans, setting up games and practices, managing equipment, recording game and practice video, performing on-court duties, managing social media, coordinating community service, and organizing team events. The Men’s Basketball Graduate Assistant reports to the Head Men’s Basketall Coach.

Essential Functions

The Men’s Basketball Graduate Assistant will work with men’s basketball, throughout the year, assisting in many roles relating to the development of the men’s basketball program. This position is required to travel during the basketball season.

Qualifications

Excellent oral, written communication, and organizational skills. Ability to anticipate needs and provide solutions. Experience with Microsoft Office. Follow the mission of the university. Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures. Employee shall adhere to all applicable rules and regulations of the University, the Conference, and the NCAA. | | Required Education |
