WHAT WILL YOU DO:
The On-Campus Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for all logistics and operations for Football On-Campus official and unofficial recruiting visits.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
· Complete and input unofficial and official visits paperwork for all prospects on visits in the compliance system.
· Assist, plan, and manage all on-campus recruiting events.
· For all official and unofficial visits, ensure proper paperwork is submitted prior to visits, coordinate the registration process, meet with prospects, facilitate conversations between football staff and recruits, coordinate logistics with hotels and other businesses used during visits, and reconcile file paperwork post-event.
· Manage prospect mailing system and database.
· Manage weekly hours/schedule for student workers.
· Production and management of recruiting materials.
· Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
