Responsibilities

 

The Office of the University Registrar is a unit within the Division of Enrollment Management, which is comprised of four distinct units: Office of Admissions, Office of the University Registrar, Office of Financial Aid, and Technology Operations. Enrollment Management’s integrated services provide distinctive support throughout the student's development and progression in their academic experience – from recruitment through commencement. Through collaboration, communication, and commitment, all units within Enrollment Management achieve the highest level of student-centered service to current and prospective students and families and to campus partners across the University.

This position will assist the Office of the University Registrar with maintenance of records for academic certification in accordance with university policies and NCAA regulations. 

We are seeking candidates willing to learn the processes surrounding Enrollment Management and the various sections of the Office of the University Registrar. We are looking for candidates that demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in their work as well as the ability to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

 

• High school diploma and one year of previous job experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

 

• Associate's degree or two years of completed undergraduate studies.
• Research, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Current students seeking a degree in Sport Management, Higher Education, Athletic Coaching, or similar degrees are encouraged to apply.

Anticipated Salary Range

 

The anticipated salary for this position is $13/hour.
